Unlimited Zone is a complete family apparel Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) offering clothing for men, women, and children.
By shopping at Unlimited Zone, customers agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
All products are subject to availability. Prices are as per applicable taxes and may change without prior notice.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days with original bill and tags. Innerwear, accessories, and discounted items are not eligible.
No cash or card refunds. Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects after verification.
Altered garments are not eligible for exchange or return. Fitting issues after alteration are not the store's responsibility.
Offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined unless stated.
Customers must check product details before leaving the store. Loss of bill will not be entertained.
All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Unlimited Zone is not responsible for damage due to improper use, wash, or handling.
Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of policy misuse.
Terms & conditions may be updated without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Unlimited Zone Loyalty Programme, use of coupons and promotional offers, and purchases made at Unlimited Zone physical/offline stores.
The website www.unlimitedzone.in (“Website”) is operated as an informational and communication platform for Unlimited Zone and its customers. Unlimited Zone currently does not sell products directly through the Website.
By visiting an Unlimited Zone store, making a purchase, registering for or using the Loyalty Programme, redeeming loyalty points, using a coupon or availing any promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Loyalty Programme or use its benefits.
1.1 These Terms apply to all customers purchasing products from participating Unlimited Zone physical/offline stores and participating in the Unlimited Zone Loyalty Programme.
1.2 Specific terms may apply to individual promotional campaigns, coupons, loyalty benefits or store-specific offers. Such terms will be communicated along with the respective offer.
1.3 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend or withdraw any offer, coupon, loyalty benefit or the Loyalty Programme at any time, subject to applicable law.
1.4 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
1.5 Customers are advised to check the latest Terms & Conditions before availing any loyalty benefit, coupon or promotional offer.
2.1 All product purchases under these Terms are made at participating Unlimited Zone physical/offline stores.
2.2 Product availability, pricing, offers and promotions may vary between stores and may be subject to stock availability.
2.3 Store-specific offers may be applicable only at selected stores, during specified periods or on specified products.
2.4 Customers must retain their original purchase invoice/bill for any return, exchange, loyalty point adjustment or other transaction-related query, wherever applicable.
2.5 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to request the customer's registered mobile number, invoice details or other reasonable information for verification of a transaction or loyalty benefit.
3.1 Prices of products are subject to change from time to time.
3.2 Applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as required under applicable law.
3.3 The price printed/displayed on the product or applicable billing system shall be considered for billing, subject to applicable law and any valid promotional offer.
3.4 Promotional prices, discounts and offers may be applicable only during the period specified for the respective promotion.
4.1 Coupons and promotional offers are issued subject to the specific terms and validity communicated with each offer.
4.2 A coupon may be restricted by:
- Validity period;
- Minimum purchase value;
- Eligible products/categories;
- Participating stores;
- Customer eligibility;
- Maximum usage;
- Number of transactions; or
- Any other condition specified with the offer.
4.3 No two offers can be clubbed together unless specifically stated otherwise by Unlimited Zone.
4.4 Coupon redemption shall be applicable against the MRP of eligible products, subject to the specific terms of the respective coupon.
4.5 Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary benefit.
4.6 Coupons cannot be sold, transferred or reproduced without the express permission of Unlimited Zone.
4.7 A coupon may be used only once or as specified in the respective offer.
4.8 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to refuse a coupon where it is:
- Expired;
- Invalid;
- Already redeemed;
- Altered or tampered with;
- Fraudulently obtained; or
- Being used in violation of the applicable offer terms.
4.9 Unlimited Zone management reserves the right to withdraw, modify, deactivate or cancel any coupon at any time, subject to applicable law.
4.10 Unlimited Zone may introduce additional terms for specific promotional campaigns.
5.1.1 The Unlimited Zone Loyalty Programme (“Loyalty Programme”) is a customer rewards programme offered by Unlimited Zone.
5.1.2 Customers may enrol in the Loyalty Programme by providing the information requested by Unlimited Zone.
5.1.3 A valid mobile number may be required to create and identify a customer's Loyalty Programme account.
5.1.4 Membership is personal to the registered customer and cannot be sold or transferred.
5.1.5 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to reject or suspend a membership where incorrect, duplicate, fraudulent or misleading information is provided.
6.1 Eligible Loyalty Programme members earn points on qualifying purchases made at participating Unlimited Zone stores.
6.2 Silver Members will earn 2 loyalty points for every ₹100 spent, Gold Members will earn 3 loyalty points for every ₹100 spent, calculated on the eligible purchase value before GST.
6.3 For example:
Eligible purchase value before GST = ₹1,000
Loyalty points earned = 20 points
6.4 Loyalty points will be calculated based on the eligible transaction value recorded in Unlimited Zone's billing system.
6.5 Loyalty points may not be earned on certain products, categories, transactions or promotional purchases where specifically excluded by Unlimited Zone.
6.6 Loyalty points are promotional rewards and do not constitute cash, a deposit, security, bank balance or any other financial instrument.
6.7 Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.8 Loyalty points cannot be sold or transferred to another person or account unless specifically permitted by Unlimited Zone.
7.1 Loyalty points may be redeemed by eligible members at participating Unlimited Zone stores, subject to the applicable redemption rules.
7.2 Loyalty point redemption shall be applicable against the MRP of eligible products.
7.3 The minimum number of points required for redemption, redemption value, maximum redemption limit and eligible products may be determined by Unlimited Zone and communicated to customers from time to time.
7.4 Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.5 Loyalty points cannot be combined with another coupon, discount or promotional offer unless specifically permitted by Unlimited Zone.
7.6 No two offers can be clubbed together.
7.7 Unlimited Zone may restrict the use of loyalty points on selected products, categories, promotional merchandise or during specific promotional periods.
8.1 Loyalty points earned from a transaction may be reversed or adjusted where the transaction is:
- Cancelled;
- Returned;
- Exchanged;
- Refunded; or
- Corrected due to a billing/system error.
8.2 If loyalty points were incorrectly credited due to a technical, billing or system error, Unlimited Zone reserves the right to correct the customer's points balance.
8.3 If points have already been redeemed before the underlying transaction is returned or cancelled, Unlimited Zone may adjust the relevant points from the customer's available or future points balance, subject to applicable law.
9.1 Unlimited Zone management reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend, cancel or adjust loyalty points at any time, subject to applicable law.
9.2 Points may be withdrawn or adjusted in circumstances including:
- Incorrect credit of points;
- Billing or system errors;
- Fraudulent activity;
- Misuse of the Loyalty Programme;
- Duplicate membership accounts;
- Returns or cancellations;
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions; or
- Any other circumstances requiring correction.
9.3 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to change the earning rate, redemption value, eligibility criteria, expiry period or other conditions of the Loyalty Programme from time to time.
9.4 Customers shall not be entitled to monetary compensation for the withdrawal, modification or discontinuation of loyalty points or Loyalty Programme benefits, except where required by applicable law.
10.1 Loyalty points may be subject to an expiry period as determined by Unlimited Zone.
10.2 Where an expiry period applies, unused points shall automatically expire after the applicable validity period.
10.3 The applicable expiry period may be communicated to members through the Loyalty Programme, store communication, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other applicable communication channels.
10.4 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to modify the expiry period from time to time, subject to applicable law.
10.5 Expired points cannot be reinstated unless specifically approved by Unlimited Zone.
11.1 Returns and exchanges shall be governed by the applicable Unlimited Zone Return & Exchange Policy.
11.2 Customers may be required to present the original invoice/bill and other relevant transaction details.
11.3 Where loyalty points were earned on a returned or cancelled transaction, the corresponding points may be reversed.
11.4 Where a coupon or promotional benefit was used in the original transaction, the treatment of such coupon or benefit upon return/exchange shall be governed by the applicable Return & Exchange Policy and/or offer terms.
11.5 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to verify the original transaction before processing any return, exchange, refund, loyalty adjustment or promotional benefit.
Unlimited Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's Loyalty Programme membership and/or cancel coupons or points where it reasonably believes that the customer has:
- Created duplicate accounts to obtain additional benefits;
- Misused coupons or loyalty points;
- Manipulated transactions to obtain rewards;
- Provided false or misleading information;
- Attempted to exploit billing/system errors;
- Used fraudulent means to obtain benefits;
- Engaged in unlawful activity; or
- Violated these Terms & Conditions.
Any loyalty points or promotional benefits obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised activity may be cancelled.
13.1 Customers may be required to provide information such as name, mobile number, email address and other relevant details for Loyalty Programme registration and transaction-related purposes.
13.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided by them is accurate and up to date.
13.3 Customer information shall be collected, used and processed in accordance with Unlimited Zone's applicable Privacy Policy.
13.4 Customers may receive transactional communications relating to:
- Purchases;
- Loyalty points;
- Coupons;
- Membership;
- Returns and exchanges; and
- Other customer-service matters.
13.5 Where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable consent requirements, customers may also receive promotional communications from Unlimited Zone.
14.1 A customer's registered mobile number may be used to identify their Loyalty Programme account.
14.2 Customers should ensure that their registered mobile number remains accurate and accessible.
14.3 Unlimited Zone may require verification before making changes to a customer's membership information or transferring/merging any account.
14.4 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, duplicated, inactive for an extended period, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
15.1 Unlimited Zone may suspend or terminate a Loyalty Programme membership where permitted by law, including in cases of fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms or other legitimate reasons.
15.2 Upon termination of membership, unused loyalty points and coupons associated with the membership may be cancelled, subject to applicable law.
15.3 Customers may also request closure of their Loyalty Programme membership by contacting Unlimited Zone through the applicable customer service channel.
16.1 www.unlimitedzone.in is primarily an informational and communication platform for Unlimited Zone.
16.2 The Website may provide information regarding:
- Stores;
- Products;
- Collections;
- Promotions;
- Loyalty Programme;
- Offers;
- Customer communication; and
- Other Unlimited Zone activities.
16.3 Product images, colours, descriptions and promotional information displayed on the Website are for informational purposes and may vary from actual products or store availability.
16.4 Unlimited Zone does not currently process product sales or online orders through the Website.
16.5 Store-level availability, pricing and promotional offers may differ from information displayed on the Website.
17.1 All content displayed on the Website and in Unlimited Zone promotional material, including logos, brand names, photographs, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos and other content, is owned by, licensed to or otherwise used by Unlimited Zone.
17.2 Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or commercially used without prior written permission from Unlimited Zone or the applicable rights holder.
18.1 Unlimited Zone will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate billing, loyalty point calculation and administration of promotional offers.
18.2 However, technical, system, communication or billing errors may occasionally occur.
18.3 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to correct any such errors, including adjustment of incorrectly credited loyalty points or promotional benefits.
18.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unlimited Zone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Loyalty Programme or use of promotional benefits.
18.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Unlimited Zone shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or failure resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, governmental restrictions, civil disturbance, strikes, power failures, technical failures or other force majeure events.
20.1 Unlimited Zone reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
20.2 Updated Terms may be published on www.unlimitedzone.in and/or communicated through appropriate customer communication channels.
20.3 Customers are advised to periodically review the latest Terms & Conditions.
20.4 Continued participation in the Loyalty Programme or use of coupons and promotional benefits after changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
21.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Loyalty Programme, coupons, promotional offers or store transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [Gurugram, Haryana], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
